Opensource sites and tools related to software engineeringand/or bug tracking issues:
  • Bugzilla (www.bugzilla.org) - Open-source bug tracking software with a web-based interface. Written in Perl, with MySQL database back-end.
  • The Mozilla bug database (bugzilla.mozilla.org) - Search for reported bugs, and report new ones in Mozilla products.
  • Debian bug tracking system (www.debian.org/bugs) - The Debian bug tracking system is a set of scripts which maintain a database of problem reports. You can report a bug by email and do listings via web.
  • KDE Bug Tracking System (bugs.kde.org) - This is KDE's bug tracking system which files details of wishes, bugs and crashes reported by users and developers. Each report is given a number, and is kept on file until it is marked as having been dealt with.
