Track-Gear vs. Bugzero

Based on information available on their website in 2004, TrackGear of LogiGear is basically a Windows based application. The server does not work on Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Track-Gear server supports only IIS web server. It does not support any other web/application servers.
  • TrackGear supports only Microsoft SQL Server databases, it does not support Oracle, MySQL, or any other databases.
  • TrackGear is web-based and has a reasonably complete feature set.
  • For end users, TrackGear supports only IE.
  • TrackGear seems to be a nice product, but since there is no online demo available, we are not able to try it out.
  • If you find any useful features that TrackGear has but Bugzero has not, please let us know.
